2. Products and Drop shipping Fulfilment

2.1 SavCart.com operates an online retail and drop shipping model. Certain products may be supplied and shipped directly from third-party suppliers or fulfilment partners located within or outside the United Kingdom.

2.2 Product images and descriptions are provided for illustration purposes. Minor variations in packaging or appearance may occur.

2.3 Product availability and pricing may change without notice.


3. Pricing and Product Availability

3.1 Prices displayed on the Website are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable but exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

3.2 While we aim to ensure accuracy, errors in pricing or availability may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing or listing errors and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.


4. Payment

4.1 We do not accept payment by cash or cheque. Payments must be made through approved online payment methods available at checkout.

4.3 Payment is normally taken at the time of order confirmation once verification checks are completed.

4.4 Ownership of goods passes to you upon delivery. Risk of loss or damage transfers at the time goods are delivered to the specified address.

5. Delivery

5.1 Orders are typically processed within 2–6 working days, subject to successful payment authorization.

5.2 Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Delivery times may vary due to supplier processing, courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.3 Orders placed after 11:00pm or on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

5.4 Goods will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

5.5 Changes to delivery details must be requested before dispatch. Once dispatched, amendments may not be possible.


6. Amendment or Cancellation of Orders

6.1 We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not authorized or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6.2 Orders cannot normally be amended once placed. Any requested amendment is subject to approval and may result in order cancellation.


7. Returns and Exchanges

7.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods.

7.2 Returns must be authorized by contacting us at Support@savcart.com before returning any item.

7.3 Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition unless faulty.

7.4 Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

7.5 Refunds will be processed within 14 days after returned goods are received and inspected.


8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

8.1 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

8.2 If goods arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (such as photographs).

8.3 Where applicable, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.


9. Out-of-Stock Products

9.1 Stock availability may not always reflect real-time supplier inventory. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may offer:
