This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

After processing, your order will be dispatched from one of our international fulfilment centers.

Some products ship directly from overseas suppliers, which may result in longer delivery times than domestic shipping.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

As we work with global suppliers, many of our products are shipped directly from our overseas warehouses.

In some cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days depending on:

  • Local courier delays
  • Seasonal demand (Christmas, sales periods)
  • Weather or logistics disruptions

Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 3–7 days for tracking updates to appear as parcels move through international logistics systems.

Delivery Delays

  • While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to:
  • Customs inspections
  • Courier disruptions
  • High shipping volumes
  • Public holidays or unforeseen events

These delays are outside our control but we will always assist in tracking your order.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages because products are shipped from different warehouses.

You will receive tracking updates for each shipment.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring address accuracy at checkout. We will assist where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once orders are processed..
  • Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.
