Return Product Rules
Products can be returned only if:
Return or cancellation requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
After notifying us, customers have a further 14 days to return the item.
- The item is unused and unworn
- The item is in original condition
- All tags, accessories, and packaging are included where possible
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Packaging Requirements
- To protect the product during transit
- Items must be securely packed
- Original packaging should be used where possible
- Do not attach labels directly to product packaging
- Include your order number inside the parcel
Items damaged due to inadequate return packaging may be subject to a partial refund to reflect loss in value
Shipping Rules for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service.
The customer remains responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
Returns sent without tracking may not be refunded if lost.
Inspection Process
- After receiving your return:

Non-Returnable Product Rules
The following products cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Hygiene-sensitive products (earrings, underwear, cosmetics) once opened
Hygiene-sensitive items that have been opened after delivery where a hygiene seal has been broken.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If a product arrives faulty or damaged:

- Provide photos showing the issue
- Do not dispose of the item until instructed
